Never cross a bridge before you have to. |
As the heroes converged in New York City, Ando took it upon himself to stop Sylar--without Hiro. With little planning and no powers, Ando soon found himself overwhelmed, about to become Sylar's next victim. Hiro saved him and brought Ando back to Japan to keep him from harm's way. But Hiro's efforts were not cautious enough... |
Summary
In Yamagato Industries, Ando talks to Kaito to notify him of his return. He learns from Kaito that his old position was filled while he was away and is assigned to Hiro's position. After Kimiko passes by, Ando talks with another worker and decides to try and win Kimiko's heart by waiting to walk her home. Kimiko does not leave until late at night, but Ando is still there and she agrees to let Ando accompany her. However, upon exiting the office building, they are confronted by a group of sword-bearing bikers.

Notes
- It is uncertain when exactly the events occur, but Hiro dropped Ando off at Yamagato Industries on Nov. 8th, 2006 (Japan time), so they must be sometime after that date.
- It is unclear how the events depicted in this graphic novel occurred in the new timeline (as of Orientation), since Hiro altered the past in such a way that Kimiko and Ando developed a romantic relationship years before.
